# Davidovs Venture Collective

Hi, we're Marina and Nick Davidovs, founders of DVC, a venture capital firm built on
community and AI. We invest in early-stage AI startups led by repeat founders, providing
hands-on support and an active network dedicated to their success.

Our collective brings together 420+ LPs and founders — engineers, operators, and AI
researchers — creating unmatched dealflow and Silicon Valley access. This ecosystem
delivers exceptional value to the companies we back.

## Two funds

- **Pre-seed/Seed Fund (Rolling)** — $100K–$300K into pre-seed/seed AI startups led by
  repeat founders, mainly in the US.
- **DVC AI Fund I** — $1M–$3M follow-on into our top seed companies at Series A/B,
  pre-empting their raise.

## When to come to us

- **Founders.** Building an AI company at pre-seed or seed? Pitch us through the founder
  form on [dvc.ai](https://dvc.ai/). The collective reviews every submission, then an intro
  call follows. LPs and founders drive our dealflow, so answers come fast.
- **Investors.** The funds are open to accredited investors and seats are limited. Apply at
  [app.theoss.ai/invest](https://app.theoss.ai/invest).
- **Not a fit:** companies outside AI, Series A/B rounds for companies we have not already
  backed, and investors who are not accredited.

## How we work

We co-invest with top firms, then double down on the winners. Founders get access to the
collective plus our internal software; we aim to be the highest-value-per-share investor on
the cap table. Fund performance goes to our LPs directly.
